01Usage Policy
The basics of what you can and can't do with your access.
No refunds
All purchases are final. Because access is delivered instantly and digitally, we don't offer refunds once a plan is bought — so make sure Mourne is what you want first.
No sharing
Your access is for you only. Sharing, selling, renting, or handing out your key or account to anyone else isn't allowed and will get it revoked.
No tampering or reverse engineering
Don't crack, dump, decompile, or try to rebuild any part of Mourne's scripts or systems. Attempting to bypass or copy our software ends your access on the spot.
No exploiting loopholes
Found a bug or a way to get access you didn't pay for? Report it — don't abuse it. Using loopholes to dodge payment or restrictions counts as a violation.
02Technical Information
What we collect to keep things running and secure.
Logging
We keep basic logs of activity tied to your access. This helps us catch abuse, fix issues, and enforce these terms.
Location data
General region info (from your IP) may be recorded to detect suspicious logins and prevent account sharing across different areas.
Device information
Non-personal device details may be collected to link your access to your machine and stop unauthorized use.
Hardware ID reset
Your access can be tied to a hardware ID. Resets are limited to discourage sharing — if you change PCs a lot, you may need to reach out in the Discord.
Non-transferable keys
Keys are bound to the account or device they're activated on. They can't be moved to someone else.
Data retention & security
We keep only what we need, for as long as we need it, and take reasonable steps to protect it. We don't sell your data.
03Account Management
How your access is handled on our end.
Revocable access
We can suspend or revoke access at any time if these terms are broken. Serious or repeat violations mean no refund.
You're responsible
Whatever happens on your account is on you. Keep your login and key private — if they leak because you shared them, that's your responsibility.
Opt-out
You can stop using Mourne and request removal of your data whenever you want by contacting us in the Discord.
04Changes to These Terms
Terms can change
We may update these terms as Mourne grows. Any changes take effect once posted on this page.
Buying = agreeing
By purchasing or using Mourne, you agree to the terms in effect at that time. It's your job to check back for updates.
05Acceptance
Using any Mourne service means you've read, understood, and agreed to everything above. If you don't agree, don't use Mourne.
